Our House Rules

• Please be kind to the environment - turn off all ACs, lights and fans when you leave the room
• Please use ACs in their designated area only. ACs in the rooms are not powerful enough to service the whole apartment and may burn out if done so.
• Please do not leave valuables in the room and make sure you lock your room door when you leave. If your apartment is shared with other guests, please do not leave valuables in common areas. We cannot be responsible for any losses.
• Please use appliances carefully. Costs for damaged appliances will have to be borne by the guest.
• Please inform us in advance of any visitors to your room/apartment.
